Program Purpose
The Doctor of Christian Leadership (D.C.L.) is a terminal, professional doctorate focusing on developing Spirit-led leaders who influence churches, ministries, organizations, and nations. It is tailored to train leaders in Biblical leadership principles, organizational development, cultural engagement, and spiritual authority with a Christ-centered worldview.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: Minimum 30 years
- Education: Master of Theology (M.Th) or B.Th + 5 years full-time ministry experience
- Must be currently involved in church or ministry leadership
- Recommendation from a pastor or ministry organization

Dissertation topics may include revival leadership, digital discipleship, ethical leadership, leadership burnout, rural church transformation, youth leadership models, or NGO-Christian leadership synergy.

Graduation Requirements
